Agrivan Cia in Florence: 'I Talenti' take part in 'Italy Together, Accessible Tourism and Territory' event

A seven-person delegation from Piedmont, traveling with the Agrivan Cia, attended the ministerial event "Italy Together, Accessible Tourism and Territory" at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence. The initiative, focused on promoting inclusive tourism, gathered numerous associations and over 1,200 attendees.

• Coordination and cuisine: Franca Dino, president of Turismo Verde Cia Piemonte and owner of the agritourism I Salici Ridenti, coordinated the group of young people from I Talenti together with local professional chefs.
• Dishes presented: the gala evening featured a pork cheek dish; for the public event the menu included plin with herbs, butter and sage, and a Piedmontese trio (vitello tonnato, Fassona tartare and robiola with honey and hazelnuts), paired with wines from Cà Fasò by Piero Trinchero.
• Social purpose: I Talenti is a project creating work and training opportunities for young people with autism spectrum conditions through cooking workshops and the operation of a bar and a trattoria in Calamandrana.
• Recognition: the delegation received a visit and congratulations from Minister Alessandra Locatelli during the event.

The participation highlighted the role of local organizations in promoting accessible hospitality and the importance of training paths that support social and professional inclusion. The Florence experience will feed future initiatives to expand opportunities for the young people involved.
