Submissions are open until 3 June 2026 for the IN/ARCHITECTURE 2026 Awards, promoted by the National Institute of Architecture (IN/ARCH) and the National Association of Building Contractors (ANCE), in collaboration with ARCHILOVERS. Applications must be submitted through the Archilovers portal for works completed in Italy by Italian authors between 2021 and 2026.
The initiative was presented in Bari with regional representatives, professional orders and organisers. Puglia and Basilicata will hold a regional awards ceremony in Bari in the autumn, and regional winners will be eligible for the national prizes.
Aim: to highlight architecture in its design, construction and civic dimensions, with emphasis on quality, sustainability and the promotion of young practitioners.
Four main award categories are foreseen: Best new construction, Best interventions in the rehabilitation of existing buildings, the international “Bruno Zevi” Prize for dissemination of architectural culture, and a Lifetime Achievement Award for a living Italian designer. Special awards by partner companies include the Federbeton prize (valorising concrete) and the Listone Giordano prize (valorising wood).
Regional selections will be carried out by 13 local juries, while a national jury will select the national winners. The awards provide a detailed overview of local architectural production and aim to foster debate and visibility for noteworthy regional projects.
For rules and registration procedures, consult the Archilovers portal and official communications from the organisers.
