Grantola: the former San Carlo church opens its 2026 cultural season

Grantola, a cultural season at the former San Carlo church

From April through October, the former San Carlo church in Grantola will host a varied program of events designed to enhance the historic venue and engage the local community. The calendar is organized by the volunteer group Amici della San Carlo, established within the local Pro Loco.

The season opens on 24–26 April with the exhibition "Volto di donna" by Chiara Palermo and Marta Di Pietra. Over the following months audiences can expect a mix of artistic, musical and cultural activities.

Mayor Renzo Stocco expressed thanks to the organisers — including Stefano Scalise, Andrea Stefanoni, Luca Favero and Ilario Rabbiosi — noting that the dedication of volunteers, together with institutional support, helps keep the former church a vibrant cultural hub for the area.
