Nonantola Film Festival: twenty years of short films and independent cinema

The Nonantola Film Festival celebrates its twentieth anniversary in 2026. Founded in 2006, the festival has made the Emilia town a reference point for independent cinema and short films. The 2026 edition, scheduled from 27 April to 11 May, features screenings, director talks, workshops and the signature 4x4 short-film marathon involving young filmmakers from across Italy.
