Buongiorno Ceramica: Pesaro joins the ceramic weekend (23–24 May 2026)

Buongiorno Ceramica: Pesaro spotlights ceramic art

Pesaro participates in Buongiorno Ceramica!, the event promoted by the Italian Association of Ceramic Cities (AiCC), now in its 12th edition. The weekend of Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 May 2026 is dedicated to discovering local ceramic production through special openings, guided tours and hands-on workshops.

• Thursday 21 May, 6:00 PM – Opening at Galleria Rossini of the exhibition “Sguardi su Ferruccio Mengaroni” (on view until 31 May; free entry).
• Saturday 23 May – Special opening of the CaME Museum and workshops led by the Ferruccio Mengaroni Art High School (9:00–12:00, 15:00–17:00). In the afternoon, the workshop “Nelle mani della terra – del Vangi” at the Vita da Pacos social biopark in Roncosambaccio (4:00 PM; reservation required, €10; recommended from age 12).
• Saturday 23, 5:00 PM – Guided visit to the Civic Museums at Palazzo Mosca: the exhibition “Ferruccio Mengaroni (1875–1925). Genius of ceramics”, the Mazza collection and the Coronation of the Virgin by Giovanni Bellini (entry with Pesaro Musei card; reservation recommended).
• Sunday 24 May, 3:30–6:30 PM – Special opening of the Civic Museums at Palazzo Ciacchi with a short guided tour included (free entry).

The programme brings together workshops, ateliers, schools and museums to highlight the territory's ceramic tradition and to present two prominent artists: Ferruccio Mengaroni and Giuliano Vangi.
