Fasano Zoosafari – Animals Just a Step Away from You!

Autore: Redazione 01/08/2025 13:35

Just a few minutes from the sea and the hills of the Itria Valley, you’ll find something far more than a simple zoo: welcome to Fasano Zoosafari, an immersive experience among animals, nature, and fun. Spanning 140 hectares, it stands as one of the largest wildlife parks in Europe.

At Fasano Zoosafari, animals roam freely in recreated habitats designed to ensure their well-being, offering visitors the chance to observe them up close — sometimes even without barriers. You’ll meet lions, elephants, tigers, giraffes, zebras, hippos, polar bears, and many more.

Park Areas

Your journey begins aboard your own vehicle, crossing savannas and forests where animals wander freely — a true African safari in Puglia.

You’ll then explore the Tropical Tent, home to snakes, chameleons, turtles, iguanas, tropical fish, and even giant spiders — a fascinating journey into the world of reptiles and invertebrates.

Hop aboard the Metrozoo, a panoramic train that lets you admire hippos, brown and polar bears, gibbons, and seals in the lush heart of the park.

A truly unique experience awaits in the Baboon Area, where over 300 baboons roam freely — you’ll be protected only by the armored walls of the safari train.

Finally, enjoy a walking tour among primates, exotic birds, small carnivores, and many other species — a stroll full of sounds, colors, and curiosity.

Fasanolandia

Right next to Zoosafari lies Fasanolandia, the amusement park that turns your day into a real celebration.

It features rides for all ages, shows, museums, exhibitions, and the unmissable Sea Lion Aquarium, where sea lions, fur seals, and penguins steal the spotlight.

Among the most popular rides are the Ferris Wheel, which offers breathtaking views of Puglia, the Red Mirage, the beloved Brucomela, and the spooky Haunted Castle.

Theater, Museums, and Exhibitions

With the Fasanolandia Ticket, you gain access to the Fantasy Theater with daily performances, themed exhibitions, museums, and six rides of your choice.

The ticket also includes the Zoosafari pedestrian area, where you can get up close to chimpanzees, lemurs, giant tortoises, alpacas, and many other fascinating animals.
