Women’s Skills: corporate welfare opportunity for Rimini companies

On the eve of Labour Day, the Municipality of Rimini relaunched Women’s Skills, a programme aimed at local companies to promote gender equality, inclusive language and tools for organizational well‑being.

Expressions of interest are open: companies can apply to take part in the activities scheduled in the coming months.

• Free training courses aimed at employees and managers;
• Thematic briefings on gender equality, discrimination and inclusive language;
• Dedicated consultancy for selected companies to develop or strengthen their corporate welfare.

Women’s Skills aims to improve work quality and internal climate, supporting organisational competitiveness through wellbeing and inclusion policies.
