Voci / Voices — 13th Edition of the Giovane Fotografia Italiana Prize (Luigi Ghirri)

Voci / Voices brings together the seven finalist projects of the 13th Luigi Ghirri Prize, chosen from over 300 submissions. Curated by Ilaria Campioli and Daniele De Luigi, the exhibition showcases photographic research by young authors under 35, tackling intimate, political and environmental issues through experimental and narrative approaches.

Main themes

The featured projects explore human/non-human relationships, material traces of Mediterranean migrations, ecological tensions, mourning, family genealogies affected by trauma, and the «missing images» of collective memory.

Prizes and opportunities

The Luigi Ghirri Prize awards a total of €4,000 and gives the winner the chance to stage a solo exhibition at Triennale Milano. Other opportunities include a special mention with a residency and show at the Italian Cultural Institute in Stockholm and participation in Photo-Match at Fotofestiwal Łódź.
