Vinitaly 2026: wine and haute cuisine

From 12 to 15 April 2026 Vinitaly in Verona highlights the relations between wine, cuisine and territory. The fair presents gastronomic experiences designed to promote local supply chains, sustainability and regional identity.

Highlights:

• Ristorante d'Autore by Campagna Amica - La Casa della Cucina Italiana: a new format by Coldiretti, Campagna Amica and Terranostra featuring rotating tasting menus. On 12 April Ciro Scamardella (Pipero), 13 April Riccardo Monco (Enoteca Pinchiorri), 14 April the Tortellante project supported by Massimo Bottura, and 15 April the Cuochi Contadini.
• Momenti d'Autore Restaurant (JRE Italy): four chefs present signature dishes: Giorgio Bartolucci (12), Alfonso Caputo (13), Leonardo Fiorenzani (14) and Agnese Loss (15).
• Street Food Gourmet: expanded offerings with JRE-run stalls, mixology bars and areas dedicated to Roman, Venetian and Trentino traditions.
• Regional showcases: Emilia-Romagna pavilion hosts "Cracco a Vinitaly" and the "Piadineria VistaMare"; area H features Piemonte Land led by chef Davide Palluda.

On the economic side, on Monday 13 April at 16:30 the conference "Il consumatore al centro – la nuova alleanza tra vino e ristorazione" (Area Masaf, Palaexpo) will present the first FIPE-UIV Observatory survey "Wine and Restaurants", with contributions from UIV and FIPE representatives and closing remarks by the Minister of Agricultural Policy.
