Valle dell’Orso – slides and nature at the foot of Vesuvius

Autore: Redazione 01/08/2025 13:53

Between the impressive profile of Vesuvius and the blue sea facing Capri, in Torre del Greco – at the gateway to the Vesuvius National Park – lies Valle dell’Orso, a park that combines nature and water fun thanks to its Acquapark section, considered one of its main attractions.

Among Anaconda slides, adrenaline-filled multipistes, and a large wave pool, fun is guaranteed. For those seeking a moment of relaxation, there’s a hydromassage pool, perfect for recharging energy.

Children have their own dedicated area: spray park, baby lagoons, and mini slides ensure safe and cheerful play.
The park is currently open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the option of afternoon admission starting at 1:30 p.m.

Not just water: thrills among the pine treetops

Next to the Acquapark lies an area entirely dedicated to adventure. Forget ordinary woods — here, among about 200 maritime pines, a true adrenaline oasis has been created. On as many as 60 trees, suspended routes have been built, featuring Tibetan bridges, vertical nets, lianas, wooden walkways, and of course, the beloved zip lines.

Each participant can choose the route best suited to their level — and their courage! Everything is carried out in complete safety, with modern equipment and qualified staff.

The Adventure Park is accessible by reservation, every day from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. It is also possible to book for groups or birthday parties, from Monday to Friday.

Rates

Tickets for the Adventure Park are divided as follows:

  • Full: €19
  • Young (ages 8 and up): €14
  • Child (from 100 cm in height): €12

As for the Acquapark, prices range from €14 to €24, depending on whether you choose an umbrella with sunbeds, a single sunbed, or simply the entrance ticket without a fixed spot for sunbathing.

All services at your fingertips

Valle dell’Orso is designed to guarantee comfort and relaxation for every visitor. Inside the park, you’ll find bars, restaurants, and self-service dining areas, shops with everything you might need for the day, and a large pine forest equipped with picnic tables, perfect for resting in the shade of the trees.
