Tuttofood 2026: a culinary narrative between tradition and UNESCO heritage

From 11 to 14 May 2026 in Milan, the Consortia of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP and Pasta di Gragnano IGP will be present at Tuttofood with an exhibition space dedicated to Italian cuisine recognised as UNESCO heritage. The stand (Hall 1, Stand R05) offers a route combining local roots, artisanal techniques and contemporary reinterpretations of regional classics.

The project highlights how emblematic Campanian products interact with culinary traditions from other regions, turning iconic ingredients into dishes that convey identity and history.

What to expect at the stand

• Guided tastings: dishes revisiting regional recipes enhanced by buffalo mozzarella and Gragnano pasta.
• Territorial insights: information on supply chains, production methods and the bond with Campania’s territory.
• Signature plates: reinterpretations such as cacio e pepe-style rigatoni enriched with buffalo ricotta and truffle, pesto linguine with potatoes paired with Buffalo Mozzarella DOP, and northern-influenced preparations recreated with Anellini di Gragnano IGP.
