Pré-Saint-Didier Thermal Baths: wellness at the foot of Mont Blanc

Just a few kilometers from Courmayeur, among the peaks of the Aosta Valley, stand the Pré-Saint-Didier Thermal Baths. Everything began with an idea by brothers Saverio and Andrea Quadrio Curzio: to transform classic balneotherapy into a total sensory journey, giving life to QC Terme, now the largest Italian wellness group, with the ambition of bringing the culture of Italian-style hospitality and relaxation across the Atlantic, all the way to New York.

Nestled among the woods, the baths become a haven for both body and soul. They turn into a soothing path with hot waters known since the time of the Roman Empire, a multisensory journey made of panoramic pools, whirlpools, saunas, steam baths, emotional showers, and enchanted gardens that follow one another like rooms in a great liquid poem.

But the added value of the experience is the surrounding landscape: while relaxing in the outdoor pools, the gaze rests on the snow-covered peaks of Mont Blanc.

The route also includes the fascinating Infinity Room, an artistic installation of lights, sounds, and mirrors. Every entrance includes a bathrobe, towel, slippers, and access to the Aperiterme, the evening aperitif among the bubbles.

Access is not permitted to minors under 14 years old or to pregnant women.

Opening hours

The thermal baths are open every day at the following times:

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  During holidays, opening times may vary. Since May 5, renovation work has been underway in the changing rooms, but the spa remains fully operational.
