Surgital and Casa Artusi: third year of partnership to promote gastronomic culture

Surgital has renewed its partnership with the Fondazione Casa Artusi in Forlimpopoli, reinforcing a shared programme that balances preservation of tradition with innovation in Italian cuisine. Now in its third year, the collaboration focuses on outreach, training and the promotion of the Artusian culinary heritage.
