Agri Solaris presents Bon'Vento, an enological project that frames wine not merely as a product but as a tool to tell the story and imaginaries of the Sannio and Benevento area.
The project weaves together historical and popular elements: from the cult of Isis in Roman times to the folklore of the janare, and the emblematic walnut tree of Benevento. The stated aim is to avoid folklorization and instead restore symbolic dignity to often-simplified intangible heritage.
As Raffaele Esposito, co-founder of Agri Solaris, explains: «With the rosé, the Bon'Vento line expands and completes itself, offering a contemporary reading of the Sannio territory». The project aims to reconnect agricultural production with cultural identity, letting the landscape speak through the bottle.
At a time when wine can risk homogenization under global codes, the Sannio initiative stands out as an example of how wine can help restore meaning and continuity to local traditions, enhancing history, landscape and collective memory.
