Women's Health Open Week in ASL Bari: free screenings and events

From 22 to 29 April 2026, on the occasion of the 11th National Women's Health Day, five hospitals in the ASL Bari network take part in the (H) Open Week promoted by Fondazione Onda ETS. Participating facilities include San Paolo and Di Venere (Bari), “Perinei” (Altamura), Umberto I (Corato) and San Giacomo (Monopoli).

• Free services: clinical examinations, instrumental tests and screenings in breast care, gynecology, pulmonology, neurology, cardiology, rheumatology and internal medicine, including ultrasound scans.
• Consultations and pathways: programmes covering all life stages and wellbeing: adolescence, pregnancy and postpartum, breastfeeding, contraception and chronic disease management.
• Talks and seminars: sessions focused on epilepsy, multiple sclerosis and emotional support during care pathways.
• Awareness activities: flash mobs, clown therapy and initiatives aimed at enhancing patient-centred care.
