Cilento Tastes 2026: three days celebrating the territory's flavours and culture

When: 1-3 May 2026. Where: Next, Capaccio Paestum (SA), Italy.

Now in its fourth edition, Cilento Tastes brings the territory to the fore through local flavours: over one hundred exhibitors will showcase typical products, food artisans and local producers. The event aims to promote the Mediterranean food culture and strengthen ties among producers, institutions and tourism operators.

• Tastings and direct purchases with an entrance ticket convertible into tokens.
• Masterclasses, live demonstrations and the Arena Cilento in collaboration with Chef House Academy.
• Cantina Cilento: wine tastings organized with the Consorzio Vini Salerno.
• Spazio Cultura Cilento: an area dedicated to tourism promotion and local identity.
• Concerts, cultural initiatives and free Kids Labs for families.

Organized by the association Cilentox100 ETS, the event highlights small-scale producers and gastronomic traditions, offering sensory experiences to visitors and networking opportunities for sector professionals. Registrations remain open with limited places available for exhibitors and participants.
