Prato Wine 2026 at Palazzo Vaj: wine meets historic architecture

From April 17 to 20, 2026 the historic Palazzo Vaj on via Pugliesi, in Prato's city centre, will host Prato Wine 2026. The festival brings Italian wineries and sommeliers into a notable monument setting to showcase regional viticulture.

Attendees can sample more than 100 labels, with guided tastings led by producers and FISAR sommeliers, offering a broad overview from local autochthonous grapes to acclaimed bottlings.

A practical advantage for visitors: bottles tasted during the event can be purchased on-site at special fair prices, allowing guests to take home selected wines and spirits at favourable conditions.

Offerings and activities

  • Unlimited tastings with a single ticket, accompanied by sommeliers and producers.
  • Gastronomic stands highlighting local specialties, including traditional pastries made by Prato master confectioners.
  • Wellness area: sessions combining Pilates and wine tasting curated by Rebecca Madou, pairing mindful movement with sensory exploration.
