Palazzo dei Musei, Modena: exhibition season 2026–2027

The Palazzo dei Musei in Modena has announced its 2026–2027 program designed to welcome national and international audiences with two major exhibitions and a series of complementary activities for schools, families and the public.

  • Robert Doisneau – Photographic Retrospective: from 24 September 2026 to 24 January 2027. Around 150 photographs from the Parisian atelier, accompanied by archive materials illustrating 20th-century France.
  • Hokusai and His Time – Painting and Printmaking (Edo period): scheduled February–June 2027. Exhibition focused on Edo prints and paintings, developed with international partners and complemented by musical events in collaboration with the Filarmonica of the Teatro Comunale.
