May 22–24, 2026 Parco del Valentino in Turin will host FLOR Spring 2026, the long-running floriculture fair organized by Orticola del Piemonte. This free-entry edition combines botanical displays, art installations and a varied food program.

The event theme is “Aquarium”, inspired by the park's historic oceanographic exhibitions. More than 100 exhibitors from across Italy will bring rare plants, flowers, handcrafted items and farm products.

Highlights

  • Art installations: themed works and participatory projects, including an installation by artist Lodovica Paschetta.
  • Aquatic plant trail at the Botanical Garden showcasing water flora.
  • Photography exhibition dedicated to Italia '61.
  • Workshops and green initiatives suitable for all ages.
  • Opening ceremony: attended by children from municipal kindergartens in Turin.

Food area

The food area, located on Via Mattioli at the corner of Via Virgilio, remains open late into the evening, even beyond the event's official closing time. Offerings include:

  • Orticola's bar presenting the exclusive cocktail Orto in Fermento (gin, green tea and jasmine kombucha, lemon juice, sugar syrup).
  • Espresso by Caffè Vergnano and gelato from Ottimo! and L'Ape Drola.
  • Food stands and trucks such as Ris8 Guru (risottos), Panacea (baked goods), Quelli di Palermo (Sicilian specialties), Sapori dal Mondo (hamburgers and caciocavallo impiccato), Empanadas Hilda, Midai (Japanese-Piedmontese recipes) and other regional and international options.
