The Bicycle Museum, located in the cellars of Palazzo Gradari in Pesaro, presents a day dedicated to the history, aesthetics and technology of the bicycle. The programme includes free visits, an exhibition route centred on the Giro d'Italia theme and an evening film screening.

What to expect

• Reproductions on the theme of cycling by Futurist masters and other Italian and international artists.
• Four time-trial bicycles (Olimpio and Corsi collections) illustrating developments in speed and aerodynamics in the early 2000s.
• A 1920s motorcycle from the Museo Officine Benelli collection.
• Screening of the video documentary "La temeraria", celebrating vintage cycling on the gravel roads of the Pesaro hinterland (screening at 17:30).
