On Saturday 9 May 2026 at 3:00 PM the exhibition "Little Ancient World. Visual Fables from Two Private Collections" opens at the Museo Galleria del Premio Suzzara in Suzzara. The show gathers a curated selection of naïve artworks from the private collections of Angelo Leidi and Sergio Zanichelli, focused on memory and popular traditions of the Po Valley.
The exhibition offers an immersive route through rural and urban landscapes, village celebrations, seasonal scenes, animals and everyday moments. Naïve painting here functions as popular storytelling, bringing back the wonder of childhood and the strength of oral tradition with vivid colors and free perspectives.
