Laguna Park Trasimeno – The Water Park on the Lake

Autore: Redazione 31/08/2025 16:29

In Castiglione del Lago, along the scenic shores of Lake Trasimeno, lies Laguna Park — a one-of-a-kind water park that blends fun, nature, and culture.

More than just slides and pools, this destination invites visitors to discover the area’s rich biodiversity through the La Trasimenide Scientific-Educational Park, turning every day of leisure into a learning experience as well.

At the heart of the park is the lagoon-shaped pool, a 900-square-meter basin designed in the form of Lake Trasimeno, surrounded by umbrellas and sunbeds. Here, both children and adults can enjoy water slides, fountains, and moments of pure relaxation under the sun. The youngest visitors can swim safely in shallow areas, while adults can take part in sports activities or simply admire the peaceful beauty of the surrounding landscape.

A true family experience where everyone — including pets — can relax and play together in harmony with nature.

Food, Events, and Relaxation

Several snack bars and eateries offer plenty of options for lunch, snacks, or aperitifs. A barbecue area is also available for private parties and picnics. The combination of sports, games, and great food makes every visit a complete and satisfying experience.

Discover the Territory

The La Trasimenide Scientific-Educational Park provides guided tours through olive groves, orchards, and archaeological finds typical of the lake region, illustrating how the local flora and fauna are intertwined with Umbrian culture and traditions.

It’s the perfect opportunity for children and families to learn while having fun, combining nature, science, and play in one engaging experience.
