G.I.T. Beach and Water Park of Grado – fun in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

Autore: Redazione 26/08/2025 14:53

Just a few steps from Grado’s golden beach, surrounded by nature and relaxation, the G.I.T. Beach and its Water Park are a top destination for those who love the sea but also seek fresh, playful alternatives. Easily accessible via the cycle path along Viale del Sole, this space blends sports, leisure, and comfort into a perfect day of vacation.

Behind this excellent service stands Grado Impianti Turistici S.p.A., which launched the GIT Academy to train and enhance its staff. The goal? To ensure a professional welcome and a high-quality experience for every visitor.

Pools, whirlpools, and slides for the whole family

The heart of the park is its large seawater pool, equipped with two whirlpools and cascading jets that rejuvenate both body and mind. Diving boards and slides complete the experience, offering fun for all ages. It’s the ideal spot to alternate a swim in the pool with a stroll along the beach.

Fun until late evening

On Saturdays in July and August, the park comes alive with “By Night” evenings, open until 11:00 p.m. It’s a magical opportunity to enjoy a swim under the stars, surrounded by water games and a charming nighttime atmosphere.

Umbrellas, gazebos, and pet-friendly areas

The beach offers a range of options: from front-row tents and private gazebos to family-friendly areas and spaces for pets, such as the “Lido di Fido.” For those seeking maximum comfort, premium packages include whirlpools, sea views, and exclusive relaxation areas.

Flexible prices and packages

Rates vary depending on location and service type, with discounts available for residents and groups. Visitors can choose between daily or afternoon passes, perfect for enjoying the park for just a few hours.

A commitment to research

For the 2024 season, part of the proceeds from the “Pink Beach” (Spiaggia Rosa) will be donated to the AIRC Foundation, supporting cancer research.

Between the sea, pools, and solidarity initiatives, the G.I.T. Beach and Water Park of Grado are a must-visit stop in the Friulian summer.
