Art Days in Codena: visit Michele Monfroni’s atelier

For the European Days of Crafts (Gema), sculptor Michele Monfroni invites the public into his studio to reveal how raw marble is shaped into finished sculptures. The open days highlight traditional tools, contemporary techniques and the apprenticeship between generations.

• When: Wednesday and Thursday, 10:00–12:00 and 15:00–18:00.
• Where: via Meucci, Codena (Carrara), Italy.
• What to expect: guided tours, live demonstrations, discussions on skill transmission and craft practices.
