Cupra Marittima: book your visit to the Archaeological Park

The Archaeological Park in Cupra Marittima is attracting increasing attention following recent spring openings. The site, enhanced through scientific research and excavation campaigns started in 2020/2021, hosts educational programs, guided tours and cultural events in collaboration with local associations.

During the spring opening weekends the park recorded a steady stream of visitors; summary of collected data:

  • Local residents (Cupra): 10
  • Visitors from the province: 35
  • Visitors from other provinces: 45
  • Visitors from Central Italy: 8
  • International visitors: 8

Peak attendance occurred on the weekends of April 5-6, April 25-26 and May 1-3. These figures indicate growing interest in the site, with a notable rise in visitors traveling from outside the region.

If you plan to visit, booking is recommended: check the official municipal website or local information channels for the opening schedule and reservation procedures. Park management remains focused on research, conservation and promotion to enhance public enjoyment of the archaeological area.
