Cowboyland – The Wild West Just Steps from Pavia

Autore: Redazione 01/08/2025 13:26

Sand, fences, horses, Stetsons, and duels at sunset — no, this isn’t Texas. It’s Voghera, in the province of Pavia, home to Cowboyland, a Western-themed amusement park that whisks visitors straight into the Old Wild West, offering an immersive and entertaining experience less than an hour from Milan.

Originally created as an extension of the nearby Cowboys’ Guest Ranch, Cowboyland has grown into a true Western town designed especially for families with children aged 3 to 12.

The park combines fun and education, featuring a wide range of interactive attractions and live shows. Among the main highlights:

  • Indian Village, where visitors can learn about the rituals and traditions of Native American tribes.
  • Pony area and riding school, where children can enjoy their first “baptism in the saddle.”
  • Fort Alamo, a wooden adventure playground full of bridges and paths to explore.
  • Cowboys’ Show, with horse performances and cowboy life demonstrations.

Cowboyland is open from March to November, with special openings on holidays and long weekends.

How to Get There

Cowboyland is located at Via Tullio Morato 18, Voghera (PV), less than 5 km from the Voghera exit on the A21 Torino–Piacenza motorway.

By train, it’s easily reachable from Voghera station, with buses or taxis available to reach the park (about a 20-minute ride).

Between Western duels, target shooting, and thrilling shows, Cowboyland is a truly unique destination — created for kids, but with plenty of fun for adults too. Come and experience the Wild West in the heart of Lombardy!
