Cilento Tastes 2026: the territory takes center stage

When: 1–3 May 2026 • Where: Next, Capaccio Paestum (Sa), Italy.

The fourth edition of Cilento Tastes, organised by the association Cilentox100 ETS, focuses on promoting the Cilento area's tourism and gastronomic heritage. Scheduled for 1–3 May 2026, the event brings together food artisans, agricultural producers, farmer-chefs and tourism operators in an experiential format for both the public and industry stakeholders.

• Up to 100 exhibitors affiliated with Cilentox100 ETS offering tastings and sales of local specialties.
• Masterclasses on wine, olive oil and cured meats, with six dedicated sessions.
• Spazio Cultura Cilento: an area for local administrations to present tourist offers and territorial identity.
• Arena Cilento in partnership with Chef House Academy: demonstrations and celebration of traditional culinary skills.
• Cantina Cilento, with the Consorzio Vini Salerno, providing wine tasting experiences from the area.
• Family activities and free Kids Lab; evening entertainment with concerts and Mediterranean cultural events.

Registrations for artisans remain open with limited places. Entry tickets are convertible into tokens for purchasing tastings and products.

Linda Auricchio, the event director, commented: “Cilento Tastes 2026 consolidates itself as an experiential and tourist event, able to attract visitors and promote the Cilento territory through food and culture. The event aims to defend small food artisans and support production rooted in the territory.”
