Cerris Park – Where You Can Immerse Yourself in Nature While Having Fun

Autore: Redazione 01/08/2025 13:27

In Chiauci (IS), just 10 minutes from Isernia, lies Cerris Park, an adventure park set within the Bosco di Sant’Onofrio, a forest rich in turkey oaks. Here, adventure and nature blend perfectly to offer treetop experiences ideal for both families and thrill-seekers.

Within the forest stands a small church dedicated to Saint Onofrio, celebrated every year on June 11. From that date until the end of August, Mass is held every Sunday.

Adventure Courses

The park features several trails:

  • Mini Course, for children with a minimum height of 110 cm, offering suspended games suited to their age, including tunnels, bridges, and slides.
  • For taller visitors (minimum height 140 cm), there are five progressively challenging routes – Orange, Light Blue, Green, Blue, and Red. Heights increase from 4 meters up to 10 meters on the Red route, with rope bridges, swinging platforms, ziplines, and safe descents included in every level.

Opening Hours and Booking

Cerris Park opens during autumn weekends, by reservation only.

  • Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Group reservations (minimum 10 people) must be made at least 3 days in advance, as spots are limited.
