European Capital of Culture 2033: Viterbo holds two meetings on the bid

Viterbo is advancing its bid for European Capital of Culture 2033 by organising two public meetings designed to strengthen territorial networks and stakeholder engagement.

• 11 May 2026 – Meeting at Palazzo Gentili with mayors of participating municipalities to present the work carried out and promote institutional dialogue.
• 13 May 2026 – Meeting at Spazio Attivo Lazio Innova with cultural operators who support the project through collaborations and operational proposals.

The city council describes these moments as strategic phases, also from a communications perspective: the aim is to build a collaborative network across the Tuscia area to strengthen the candidature and cultural initiatives locally.
