The itineraries vary in difficulty and duration — from easy walks suitable for families to more demanding treks requiring proper hiking gear and good physical condition.

Among the most striking routes are those leading to the Gravina di Laterza, one of the deepest canyons in Europe, and to the Gravina di Massafra, famous for its rock-hewn churches carved into the cliffs.

In addition to hiking, the guides also organize canyoning, climbing, and speleology activities, perfect for those seeking a more adventurous contact with nature.
