Borgo diVino in tour opens in Egna

On Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 April 2026 the village of Egna will host the opening stop of the 2026 Borgo diVino in tour. The event animates the historic centre with wine tastings, regional food stands and musical performances aimed at promoting local products and the cultural identity of Italian villages.

Organised by Valica S.p.A. and part of the I Borghi più belli d’Italia network, the festival brings producers from across Italy so visitors can meet winemakers and learn the stories behind the bottles.

• Dates & times: Saturday 18 April 2026, 11:00–22:00; Sunday 19 April 2026, 11:00–21:00.
• Admission: free access to the historic centre; wine tastings available with a voucher purchase.
• Wineries & labels: more than 40 wineries and over 100 labels on tasting, with representatives from Trentino-Alto Adige, Veneto, Piedmont, Tuscany, Campania, Marche, Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna, Abruzzo, Puglia and Lazio.
• Food: dedicated gastronomic area featuring regional specialties and South Tyrolean dishes offered also by local restaurants.
• Music: live sets by local and regional artists across the two days; announced performers include the emerging local duo Dandelion.

The event combines tastings, entertainment and heritage promotion: a good opportunity to explore Egna’s historic centre, taste local products and support food-and-wine tourism. This is the first stop of a national tour that will visit 25 villages in the coming months.
