Minister Giuli to present Festival dell’Appennino 2026 at MIC on April 29

On Wednesday, April 29 at 12:00, the Spadolini Hall of the Ministry of Culture will host a press conference to present the 17th edition of the Festival dell’Appennino – Inclusive of Nature. The initiative focuses on territorial regeneration and the promotion of Italy’s central Apennine inland areas.

• Festival dates: May 3 to October 11, 2026; 30 events across 28 municipalities in Marche, Abruzzo, Lazio and Umbria.
• Purpose: to promote sustainable tourism, local culture and culinary excellence, strengthening cooperation between communities and institutions.

The MIC presentation will outline the programme and development objectives for the 2026 edition, which carries particular significance on the tenth anniversary of the 2016 earthquake. The festival’s slogan is “A due passi da te”, an invitation to discover the Apennine territories.
