In Pisa: photo exhibition "Well Done. The Library as Italian Cultural Manufacture"

On Wednesday April 15 at 17:00 the photographic exhibition "Well Done. The Library as Italian Cultural Manufacture" opens in Pisa. The event is part of the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy programme for the 2026 National Day of Made in Italy.

The initiative highlights the University Library as an example of cultural manufacture, presenting archival images that document historic settings, staff and the book as a material object. The exhibition promotes the quality of work, professional skills and the continuity of conservation and enhancement practices for bibliographic heritage.

The event is aimed especially at students and young people in training and is organised in collaboration with local institutional and educational partners.
