New Year's Eve at the Circus Maximus - in the heart of Rome

Rome is preparing to celebrate the last night of the year with a mega concert, which will start at 9.30 p.m. and last until around 2.30 a.m., in one of the most famous settings of Rome's historical and musical landscape, the Circus Maximus. The event, which is completely free, will be hosted by Francesca Romana D'Andrea and Filippo Ferraro and will feature numerous beloved artists such as Alessandra Amoroso, Fabri Fibra and Tananai, accompanied by DJ sets and entertainment as we wait for midnight and then continue celebrating together!

Piazza del Plebiscito - the venue for a musical New Year's Eve in Naples

Heading south, Naples confirms its festive spirit with a long night of music. Piazza del Plebiscito will be the centre of the main concert with a non-stop party atmosphere, starting late in the evening and continuing well past midnight, featuring great voices of Italian music and fireworks against the backdrop of the Gulf. Hosted by Peppe Iodice and Francesco Mastandrea, under the artistic direction of Gianni Simioli, the concert will feature artists such as Elodie, Serena Brancale, LDA, Gigi Finizio, Andrea Sannino and Franco Ricciardi, interspersed with performances by DJ Daniele Decibel Bellini.

In addition to the main event, Naples will host other stages and DJ sets in different areas of the city, from Piazza Municipio to the seafront, for example with the That's Amore Napoli Live Show conceived and directed by Carlo Morelli.

Great anticipation in Genoa - the concert in Piazza della Vittoria

Genoa is preparing to welcome in the new year with a packed programme of events across the city, centred on Piazza della Vittoria. The evening will begin at 9.30 p.m. and continue until after midnight, with Pinguini Tattici Nucleari as the main attraction, performing the final concert of their stadium tour exclusively on stage.

The islands take centre stage - New Year's Eve in the squares of Sicily and Sardinia

This year, Sardinia and Sicily will host large concerts in the squares of numerous cities, featuring leading names in Italian music such as Ghali, who will perform in Piazza Duomo in Catania, Fedez, who will entertain Oristano, Marco Mengoni and Lazza, who will perform in Olbia, and so on. The celebrations will generally begin around 10 p.m. and continue until late at night, confirming the islands as some of the liveliest destinations for New Year's Eve, with large crowds expected to attend.

Concerts also broadcast on television - between Catanzaro and Bari

The public television channel Rai 1 will offer one of its most traditional New Year's Eve programmes, L'Anno che Verrà (The Year to Come), live from the city of Catanzaro and hosted by Marco Liorni. This show, broadcast live on Rai 1 and streamed on RaiPlay together with Radio 1, will accompany the audience, both present and remote, towards midnight with live music, guests, entertainment and the countdown to 2026. Among the artists present will be Orietta Berti, Cristiano Malgioglio, Nina Zilli, Patty Pravo, Settembre, Rocco Hunt and Clementino.

Another eagerly awaited concert is Capodanno in Musica, broadcast live on Canale 5 from Piazza Libertà in Bari and hosted by Federica Panicucci and Fabio Rovazzi. The event will feature a cast of Italian artists, including Gigi D'Alessio, Umberto Tozzi, Raf, The Kolors, Sarah Toscano, Baby K, Fred De Palma and Iva Zanicchi, offering a mix of artists from different musical generations to satisfy audiences of all ages.
