From April 12 to 15, 2026 Vinitaly centers on the relationship between wine and Italy's top culinary traditions. The edition emphasizes authentic pairings, supply-chain sustainability and the reinterpretation of regional dishes by a new generation of chefs.

The spotlight is the new format Ristorante d'Autore by Campagna Amica – The House of Italian Cuisine, created with Coldiretti, Campagna Amica and Terranostra. The project highlights dialogue among agriculture, cuisine and territory, promoting short supply chains and anti-waste practices.

The Vinitaly’s Gourmet Experience (Palaexpo, level 1) features tasting menus and daily appointments with chefs and groups interpreting Italian cooking for today's audience:
