On Saturday 11 April, from 19:15, the National Museum of Cinema will host a special evening opening that allows visitors to experience temporary exhibitions and the permanent collection after hours. The event includes access to the Orson Welles exhibition, the museum's regular displays, and the chance to reach the Mole Antonelliana's tempietto for a unique night-time view over Turin.
The exhibition, organized by the Cinémathèque française and curated by Frédéric Bonnaud, brings together hundreds of items — including film materials, sketches and archival objects — that trace Welles's visual and narrative innovations. Visitors can also explore the museum's permanent displays featuring sets, projections and cinematic artifacts.
This evening opening offers a fresh way to experience the National Museum of Cinema: a blend of a major temporary exhibition, historic collections and a memorable night-time perspective from the Mole Antonelliana.
