Opened on April 1, 2025, Terme De Montel in Milan marks its first anniversary with notable figures: 150,000 visits recorded in the initial twelve months. The complex, part of Terme & SPA Italia, aims to redefine urban well-being by combining authentic thermal water with contemporary rituals designed for daily use.

Customer mix and services

• 80% domestic customers (local residents and Milan professionals).
• 20% international visitors (tourism and business flows).

Key features include certified thermal water, immersion paths with indoor and outdoor pools, saunas and fluid rituals, and a role as a cultural hub that facilitates collaborations with events such as Design Week, Art Week and BookCity.
