Sutri in Fiore: final weeks of the first edition
Since 18 April the historic centre of Sutri has been transformed by Sutri in Fiore, an initiative promoted by the Pro Loco in collaboration with the Municipality to showcase the village through floral installations, workshops, shows and local markets. With the arrival of the weekend of 23 and 24 May, the event moves into its closing phase, offering a programme designed to engage families, tradition-lovers and curious visitors.
Highlights
- Pugnaloni exhibition (Piazza del Comune): traditional floral mosaics on display on both days.
- Save the Bees, Save the World (Saturday 23): conference and practical demonstrations with Apifarm VT, craft workshops, children’s activities and themed markets.
- Readings organised by the Sutri Book Club for cultural moments and community interaction.
- Evening at the Lavatoio: local street food (arrosticini), craft beer and live music by Anoumanouche Gipsy Trio.
- Floral installations throughout the village streets, many created with resident participation.
