The Palazzo dei Musei di Modena has released its lineup for the 2026–2027 season, combining large-scale temporary exhibitions with a programme of complementary activities aimed at schools, families and art enthusiasts.

Main exhibitions

  • Robert Doisneau – Retrospective: 24 September 2026 – 24 January 2027. About 150 photographs from the Parisian studio accompanied by archival materials that depict 20th-century France.
  • Hokusai and his time – Painting and printmaking (Edo period): February–June 2027. An exhibition focused on Edo-era prints and paintings, developed with international partners and enriched by musical events in collaboration with the Philharmonic of the Teatro Comunale.
