For three days the historic centre of Soave, with its Scaliger walls and cobbled streets, turns into a medieval stage with historical parades, itinerant shows and food-and-wine events celebrating Soave DOC. The festival highlights the village's heritage and local products.

Main programme

• Friday 15 May – 20:00 Medieval banquet at the court of Cansignorio della Scala (Palazzo del Capitano); 21:00 concert "Sugar Experience".
• Saturday 16 May – medieval encampments and educational workshops in Parco della Rimembranza; artisan markets and food stalls; 21:30 concert "All Star Live".
• Sunday 17 May – 10:30 Historical Parade Imperial Castellania di Suavia; 11:00 investiture of new castellans and swordsmen; 15:00 Historical Parade of Cansignorio della Scala; 17:30 knightly tournament at Parco Baden Powell; 20:30 concert "Two Spance Above"; 22:30 scenic show with the burning of Porta Verona.
