Universal Civil Service in Puglia: deadline extended to April 16 for 246 positions

The Department for Youth Policies and the Universal Civil Service has extended the application deadline to 16 April 2026, 14:00. The extension concerns projects submitted by ANCI Puglia and funded under Decree No. 130/2026 as part of the Ordinary Call 2026.

A total of 246 positions are available for volunteer operators across 41 municipalities in the ANCI Puglia network; activities will run between 2026 and 2027 and cover cultural, environmental and social sectors.

• Programme “Tracce Comuni 2025” (culture and environment) – 109 positions
  • “Storie in Comune 2025” (libraries) – 70 positions (18 reserved for young people with low educational attainment)
  • “Dialoghi d’Arte 2025” (museum enhancement) – 6 positions (2 for low educational attainment)
  • “Aula natura 2025” (air quality monitoring) – 33 positions (9 for low educational attainment)
• Programme “Trame di comunità 2025” (social inclusion) – 137 positions
  • “Connessioni sociali 2025” (assistance to adults and elderly) – 68 positions (18 for low educational attainment)
  • “Spazio Giovani 2025” (youth information desks and cultural promotion) – 57 positions (16 for low educational attainment)
  • “Semi di solidarietà 2025” (social agriculture and biodiversity) – 12 positions (3 for low educational attainment)

The call also provides a 15% reserve of places in public competitions for volunteers who have completed the service without demerit. Candidates may cancel an incorrectly completed application until 14:00 on the day before the extended deadline.
