Writers in Residence: Paolo Teobaldi presents "The Washington Tales"

As part of the Writers in Residence series, Paolo Teobaldi will read passages from The Washington Tales (e/o, 2024) to guests of the Casa Aura and Casa Roverella care homes. The event is organised by Letture in Residenza together with Biblioteca San Giovanni and Consorzio Sociale Santa Colomba, and is intended for residents and their families.

Born in Pesaro in 1947, Teobaldi is a storyteller whose work blends memory and oral tradition, addressing themes such as wartime experiences, return to civilian life and everyday crafts with a gentle, ironic voice.
