Pinacoteca Agnelli: spring–summer 2026 season

Highlights

• Walter Pfeiffer. In Good Company – The first institutional exhibition in Italy dedicated to the Swiss photographer, presenting over one hundred color and black‑and‑white images spanning from the 1970s to the present. The display emphasizes visual sequences and chromatic relationships across genres.

• Modigliani Under the Surface. Four Masterpieces – A technical and comparative study centered on canvas supports: Nu couché from the Agnelli collection is shown alongside three international loans, contributing new insights into dating and material analysis for works circa 1917–1919.

• Pista 500 commissions – Two site‑specific projects activate the Lingotto test track: Nathalie Du Pasquier with Bandiere per Zefiro (fifteen flags from unpublished drawings on the east façade) and Peter Fischli with Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication interacting with the elliptical ramp.

Publication

A bilingual (Italian/English) volume published by Mousse Publishing accompanies the Pfeiffer exhibition: 144 pages that mirror the show’s visual sequencing and clarify the curatorial approach based on juxtaposition rather than linear chronology.
