European Night of Museums at Giulio II Castle and the Museum of Ships

The exhibition "In hoc Signo"
The Castle's first floor houses the papal apartments where the exhibition In hoc Signo. Christian testimonies between Ostia and Portus is on display. The show runs from 21 May to 21 November 2026 and features little-known artifacts and items exhibited for the first time, documenting the spread of Christianity from Late Antiquity to the early Middle Ages in the Ostia and Portus area.
