Mare&Mosto at Palazzo Ducale: wine and oil tastings in Genoa's historic landmark

Mare&Mosto – Le Vigne Sospese, the fair focused on wine, olive oil and Ligurian flavours, arrives in Genoa for the first time. The 11th edition will take place on Sunday 7 and Monday 8 June 2026 inside the monumental Palazzo Ducale, one of the city's most significant historic sites.

What to expect

Organised by AIS Liguria, the event showcases regional wine and olive oil production with activities aimed at both professionals and the general public. Highlights include:

  • about one hundred producers representing the eight regional denominations;
  • a strong presence of extra virgin olive oil producers, featuring Olio DOP Riviera Ligure;
  • a dedicated food area offering typical local dishes;
  • a guest wine consortium from another region, continuing past collaborations;
  • the regional competition for Best Sommelier of Liguria 2026, with the winner advancing to national semifinals.

Why attend

Besides tastings and industry meetings, Mare&Mosto is an occasion to promote the Ligurian wine and olive oil heritage within a major historical monument. Hosting the fair at Palazzo Ducale strengthens the link between cultural heritage and territorial promotion.
