Monumenti Aperti in Sassari: when and where
On Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 May 2026 Sassari's historic centre and several city locations will take part in Monumenti Aperti, an event dedicated to promoting the city's monumental heritage.

- Futurist Run — Sunday 3 May, 16:30: a parade with students dressed in 1930s outfits riding historic cars. Arrival scheduled at 17:00 at the San Giuseppe school garden with period performances; the procession departs at 18:00 toward Piazza d'Italia.
- Historic gym demonstration and dance — Sunday 3 May, from 17:30 at the Dinamo historic field: student displays inspired by 1930s school gym tests, followed by performances from the Babalula Dance School and historical dances by the Italian Theatre and Dance Company of Alghero.
