Monfalcone in Fiore 2026: four days of nature, culture and tourism

From 23 to 26 April Monfalcone turns into an open-air garden for "Monfalcone in Fiore 2026", showcasing the colors and scents of Italian floriculture. Piazza della Repubblica and Piazza Unità host 13 nurseries offering ornamental plants, fruit trees and Mediterranean species.

Events and highlights: the market is paired with a program of free initiatives aimed at promoting the city's historical and cultural heritage and boosting off-season tourism.

• Friday 24 April 11:00: presentation of the "Città del Vino" flag; 18:00: opening of the exhibition "Contaminazioni della Storia";
• Saturday 25 April 10:30: visit to the Medieval Museum; 14:30: "Camminata col Fiore" (about 4.5 km) on the Carso, organized by Solidarietà è Vita ODV;
• Sunday 26 April 10:00: guided tour of the Galleria Rifugio.

The event helps promote the local economy, supports enotourism following Monfalcone's entry into the Città del Vino network, and offers activities for families, enthusiasts and visitors.
