From 21 March to 12 April 2026, Palazzo Medici Riccardi hosts the retrospective "The Woman in Becoming — Twenty Years of Photography", the first Italian presentation of Mojgan Razzaghi’s work. Curated by Merry Razavi and promoted by the Associazione Culturale VIA, the exhibition brings together about forty photographs that examine the female figure as a site of memory, identity and change.

Born in Tehran and based in Frankfurt, Razzaghi employs soft light and blurred profiles to avoid fixed portrayals, favoring images that convey the female subject as an ongoing process. The selection spans two decades of work, highlighting how identity and presence are reshaped through varied visual cuts and conceptual approaches.
