Established in Florence in 2021, the non-profit association Maestri Artifex boosts the profile of Italian artistic craftsmanship through exhibitions, educational platforms and digital initiatives aimed at new generations of artisans.

Notable recent activity includes the exhibition "From A to B: artistic craftsmanship meets Alighiero Boetti", held at the Italian Cultural Institute in Miami and moved to Philadelphia, with scheduled stops in Boston (in June) and Canada.

• Exhibitions: fostering dialogues between master artisans and contemporary art to highlight the intersection of craft and artistic research.
• Training: UniArtifex Academy, a dedicated platform to pass on artisanal skills combined with modern innovation.
• Innovation: three platforms launched with an Invitalia project, including the first blockchain marketplace dedicated to artistic craftsmanship.
• Goal: preserve cultural heritage and support career pathways for new generations of Made in Italy artisans.

President Pierluigi Sabatini emphasized that promoting Italian craftsmanship abroad means "safeguarding and transmitting an essential part of our national identity," pointing to training and digital projects as key tools for the sector's future.
