Lamborghini celebrates its ties with Italy and the local territory

On the National Made in Italy Day, Automobili Lamborghini reiterated the importance of its Italian roots and its commitment to the territory that hosts its production site in Sant'Agata Bolognese. President and CEO Stephan Winkelmann described the brand as «100% Italian», rooted in artisanal know-how and industrial excellence.

  • Workforce: about 3,000 employees at the Sant'Agata Bolognese plant.
  • Supply chain: 60% of supply-chain investments in the past year were directed to Italian companies; 35% of suppliers are based in Emilia-Romagna.
  • Deliveries: Italy is now consistently in the Top 10 for deliveries, with a year-on-year increase of +27%.
  • Training and employment: Top Employer Italy certification for the thirteenth consecutive year and initiatives for younger generations.
  • Local commitments: agreements with the Municipality of Sant'Agata Bolognese supporting social, educational and cultural projects, and campaigns against gender-based violence.
  • Operational partnerships: a 2024 collaboration with the Police for the delivery of dedicated vehicles.

Lamborghini says the relationship with the territory manifests in tangible investments, jobs and programs that reinforce the brand's industrial and cultural presence in Italy.
